Why We’re Looking For You

  • As Seal Commerce is rapidly expanding, we’re seeking a senior recruiter who will be our “Ambassador” in the labor market, and help to build extraordinary talent which takes to build extraordinary products. 
  • Your responsibilities will be to develop and execute strategies to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talents by working closely with our department managers. You will also cooperate with the Employer Branding team to promote our company brand to both IT and non-IT candidates, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. 


You'll do

  • Build and update job descriptions and job specifications quarterly. 
  • Source and recruit candidates by using multi-channels like job sites, company databases, social media, etc.
  •  Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to qualify candidates. 
  •  Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes (work with managers).
  •  Assist the team in onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  •  Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  •  Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  •  Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” (work with employer branding team)


You have...

  • 2+ years work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)         
  • Excellent skills in building talent pool, headhunting, interviewing candidates. 
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal & teamwork skills           
  • Good at English: writing and speaking skills


  • Experience in Employer Branding
  • IT industry knowledge 
  • Good command in using MS. Office software
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) and recruiting software 
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related business fields.


We offer

  • Salary range: $900 - 1200 net per month. 
  • Performance review: 2 times per year.
  • 13th-month salary bonus.
  • Yearly performance bonus: upto 3 month salary. 
  • Holiday bonus: New Year's Day, International Labor Day, Vietnam's Independence Day, Employee’s birthday.
