Seal Commerce's basic recruitment process for candidates consists of 6 steps:
Step 1: Submit CV
Step 2: Online interview with the recruitment team
Step 3: Do a test
Step 4: Direct/ Online interview with the head of the department and the Board of Directors
Step 5: Get the offer letter
Step 6: Welcome on board
In which, the orders of steps 3, 4 will be flexible according to each position.

The company works 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. We have flexible working hours: start from 8:00 - 8:45 a.m and finish from 05:00 - 06:15 p.m

With the desire to build a flexible, efficient and happy working environment for all employees, Seal Commerce offers a policy of 12 remote working days (12 Remote Working Days) per year. With this benefit, employees can decide where to work, as long as they can complete the scheduled work. They are free to do what they love during remote working days. If 12 remote working days are not used up in a year, employees are entitled to accumulate them to use in the following year. This policy is not related to other leave policies, so it can be applied concurrently.

Understanding each member's health concerns, Seal Commerce provides weekly heal massage therapy in the office. Every week, every staff member is massaged by doctors specializing in Neck - Shoulder - Nape. This therapy helps everyone to relax their body, and reduce work pressure after 1 busy working week.

Referral Program is for all people who refer
Friends or relatives apply and work for Seal Commerce! The program is considered successful if the following conditions apply simultaneously:
- The candidate is someone who has never applied and worked at Seal Commerce and has to pass 2 month probation period
- The referrer can be a person outside the company or an internal employee. If that person is an internal employee, he/ she is not the interviewer and/or the hiring decision maker, not a member of the human resources team or the Head of Department related to the interview position.
- Program participants must sign the Referral Contract/Agreement to be eligible for the Referral Program's rewards
