You’ll do

Strategies & Planning:

  • Ensure global strategic partner campaigns
  • Collaborate with the founders, sales, support, design, and engineering to imagine the future of our integrations/technical partnerships ecosystem, and define solutions.
  • Coordinate and plan digital aspects of partner campaigns
  • Help translate annual strategic partner plans into actionable programs and campaigns.

Execution stage:

  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Build relationships with key software companies in the eCommerce industry
  • Searching and identifying potential partners (affiliates, agencies, freelancers, etc.) & among customers
  • Preparing promotional assets for partners
  • Content management for newsletters, system emails, partner sign up a landing page, blog

Maintainance:

  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Manage the integrations roadmap and prioritize potential integrations from various inputs (user research, client support data, business development)
  • Ongoing communication with partners (replying to e-mails, follow-ups)
  • Identifying new active partners, potential opportunities for co-marketing, case studies, etc
  • Keeping affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements

Reporting/Measurement:

  • Evaluate key performance metrics and OKRs
  • Track outcomes of partner co-marketing campaign KPIs
  • Reporting and forecasting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against KPIs
  • Manage budgets and making recommendations as to how this should be spent

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the founders, sales, support, design, and engineering to imagine the future of our integrations/technical partnerships ecosystem, and define solutions.
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing & Design team to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance.

 

You have…

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role or a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
  • Experience in Sales, Partnership, Account Management, Business Development, Strategy Consulting or related role
  • Preferably in the fields of marketing, advertising, technology, or media
  • Proven leadership ability and effectiveness in working collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication & active listening skills
  • A data-driven approach to strategy and decision making
  • Fluent English (IELTS 7.5)

What's plus

  • Good verbal and written (French, Spanish, Chinese or Japanese)
  • Knowledge in Crossbeam, Tapfiliate

  • Performance Review: 2 times per year.
  • Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month Salary bonus + Performance bonus: 1-3 months.
