Quality Assurance Intern (Operations Department)

Why we’re looking for you

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team. As an intern in the Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our operational processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of quality assurance activities and help identify areas for improvement in our operational workflows.

You’ll do 

• Support in implementation expertise tasks in the Operations Department to ensure accurate and complete compliance with regulations.
• Provide support in the reception, verification, and preparation of professional documents to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist in the implementation and operation of business process procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes by proposing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on process quality metrics and findings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

You have

• Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with operational processes and workflow is advantageous.
• High proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent analytical & critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be creative, fast-learner with positive thinking and always open for challenges
