We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in general accounting and hold a Chief Accountant Certification. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.
You’ll do
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of financial transactions.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and optimizing tax planning strategies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and address any compliance-related issues.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to junior accounting staff, promoting their professional development and enhancing the overall team performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including providing financial insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and propose process improvements.
- Establish and maintain internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
You have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chief Accountant Certification or similar professional certification.
- Minimum of five years of experience in general accounting preferred strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (including VAS and IFRS is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good Communication and English skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary range: Up to $1,300 Gross
- Performance review: 2 times per year.
- Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Performance bonus: up to 3 months.

- Flexible working time:
- Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
- Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
