Senior UI Designer

Why We’re Looking For You

We’re seeking a Senior UI designer who is a visual expert to lead our platform's design. If you're passionate about e-commerce, want to help entrepreneurs and businesses succeed, and are an expert in both illustration and animation, we’d love to see you jump onboard for an interview.

You Will…

• Create and maintain the overall visual style and user experience of the platform.
• Collaborate with the product team to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with custom illustrations and animations.
• Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs, including providing animated specs for developers.
• Mentor and coach other designers to improve their visual skills and knowledge

You Have...

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work that includes custom illustrations and animations
• Expertise in design software such as Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or SVGator
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in e-commerce design, with a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior designers
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field preferred

A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed.

• Salary range: Up to $1,700
• Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Performance bonus (upto 3 months)
