He/She has practiced atomic design methodology, and structured design neatly and logically. The ideal candidate has been experienced in designing clean & modern user interfaces, and has high standards of UI qualification. Also, He/She has keen eyes for aesthetics and details, and understands the importance of consistency in interaction design and design principles.
You'll do
Join our product team to enhance global customer experiences by:
- Being customer-centric:
- Gather and deliver user insights independently.
- Understand ecommerce design principles and website structures.
- Analyze product features and their connections.
- Recognize cognitive limitations and design conventions.
- Shaping products:
- Provide curated solutions considering various perspectives and costs.
- Utilize diverse interaction patterns for better user experiences.
- Maintain consistency in UI principles and visual guidelines.
- Think systematically about information architecture and UI patterns.
- Extract and interpret relevant metrics from data.
- Employ different techniques for solution auditing.
- Develop UI Kits and Design Patterns.
- Collaborating:
- Analyze project requirements and define scopes for MVP versions.
- Foster teamwork to align product evolution with design systems.
- Learning together:
- Pursue continuous improvement.
- Set personal development goals.
You Have...
- 3+ years of experience in designing Web/ Apps.
- Sharp, well-organized, pixel-perfect visual skills and experience in the (latest) design softwares (Figma, Sketch, XD, Illustrator, etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and presentation.
- Good at English (research, basic communication).
- Have product common sense, and curiosity combined with a genuine love for products, people, and user experience.
- Familiarity with SAAS products is a plus.
- We would prefer it if you could provide your portfolio that shows the history of work
A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed.

- Salary range: Negotiate
- Performance review: 2 times per year.
- Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Performance bonus: up to 3 months.

- Flexible working time:
- Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
